Vinda Sonata

-Who is your biggest inspiration?
king david. he's a proof that a previously criminally underrated boy can turn into a legendary king, and he's always a good example for those who want to reach their big dreams no matter how impossible they may seem for now.

- But you wouldn't like to dress as King David... would you?
  no, unless i'm a cast in 300 or agora. haha.

-Your wardrobe is...
changing according to my moods, but most of the times i wear neutrals, black, charcoal gray, or army green. i'm still trying to incorporate more colors and patterns into my wardrobe, though, although for now it seems like i couldn't really be in peace with them. ;)

-What does fashion mean to you?
another form of people's expressions in the way they present themselves through personal styles and brands

-If you could have any designer create a whole wardrobe for you, who would it be and why?
i'd surely pick rick owens! i have a big crush on his modern-goth designs! besides, his designs sometimes cross the line between the real and the fantasy world, which i find very interesting.

-I love Rick Owens too! So do you think fashion is a fantasy world of it's own?
yes. there's something about fashion that's very captivating, yet not too many people could understand and value them as much as expected. only very few people could see through the glamorousness of the brands.
 
-What's on your playlist at the moment?
all from goo goo dolls.

-You like singing, is music important to you?
very. i almost can't live without it. ;)

-Would you say the music you like influences your personal style?
sometimes yes, but not all the time :) 

- How would you describe your style in three words?
simple, personal, and tough-chic

-What do you love about blogging?
being able to share many things with fellow bloggers and read their opinions and suggestions regarding many issues. :) also, finding more unique personalities that can be seen from the way they present themselves through those personalized writing styles on their blogs.

-You're quite an artist, does art have a big influence on you?
definitely yes.
 
-Who are your favourite artists?
john howe does it best in fantasy illustrations. i also like patrick tatopoulos ( the guy who directed underworld: rise of the lycans and designed creatures for movies such as solomon kane and 10,000 BC), he's a pure genius.

-And what question would you like the next interviewee to be asked?
if you're to be reborn into a designer, who'd that be?



....That was the FIRST EVER INTERVIEW I've ever done! Wooowooo! Haha, well there will be more to come I hope :) I thought, if I want to be an editor one day I better get used to interviewing people, and what better people than nice ones that inspire me?
